| Il Presidente della Regione Lombardia, Attilio Fontana, risponde al Dott. Marco Gemelli In una recente comunicazione indirizzata al Dott. Marco Gemelli, Presidente della CONF-IR Federazione Internazionale Ricercatori, il Presidente della Regione Lombardia, Attilio Fontana, ha espresso la sua soddisfazione per l’approvazione di una mozione, votata il 14 giugno 2022, che ha posto fine a una discriminazione che avrebbe potuto nuocere gravemente ai funzionari europei residenti e operanti in Lombardia. Il Presidente Fontana ha sottolineato l’importanza di garantire l’accesso alle cure mediche ai funzionari europei che lavorano e risiedono nella nostra regione, riconoscendo così il valore e l’importanza di questi professionisti nel contesto lombardo e italiano. Il messaggio inviato dal Presidente non solo ribadisce il suo impegno nella salvaguardia dei diritti dei ricercatori e dei funzionari europei, ma sottolinea anche la sua personale considerazione verso la ricerca scientifica. Fontana ha infatti espresso il desiderio di visitare prossimamente il JRC (Joint Research Centre) di Ispra, riconosciuto come uno dei più prestigiosi centri di ricerca a livello mondiale, al fine di rimanere aggiornato sugli ultimi sviluppi e novità del settore. Il sindacato Conf. Fir accoglie con favore la risposta del Presidente Fontana e si augura che questo gesto rappresenti un ulteriore passo verso un rapporto sempre più stretto e collaborativo tra le istituzioni regionali e il mondo della ricerca.
